Potala Farmers' Market

The Potala Farmers' Market at Everett is in Snohomish County, which is designated a regional center within the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. Each Potala Farmers' Market project will include an indoor farmers market, office space, luxury apartments and an upscale extended-stay hotel. The vision for these projects is to create a "village" or community that centers around green living, supports local agriculture, and thereby enriches the local economy. On average, the Potala Farmers' Market project will create approximately 1,000 jobs, exceeding the minimum EB-5 requirement of creating 10 direct or indirect jobs per investor. Sustainability is always our focus and each project will be certified under the USGBC’s LEED® program at the LEED® Silver level or higher.

The Potala Farmers' Market's complexes will be located in exceptionally desirable areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and within close proximity to numerous amenities, complementary businesses and employment centers. Organic food is the fastest growing sector of the American food marketplace, and Potala Farmers' Market will meet this growing demand for affordable, locally-grown, organic products. The project's formula combines the complementary strengths of each business component and creates a development that is greater than the sum of its individual partsachieving true synergy.

The Potala Farmers' Market in Everett, an indoor venue with 60,000 approx. square feet, will be an exciting and vibrant center that connects local agricultural businesses to the community and attracts both residents and visitors. In addition to the year-round market, the project will include 220 luxury apartments and a 110-unit Hampton Inn by Hilton Hotels, both offering spectacular views of the Puget Sound.

The Farmers' Market will be one of the first year-round indoor markets in the U.S., providing locally grown organic produce, meat and poultry to the hundreds of restaurants within the Puget Sound. It also will be a destination stop for shoppers from Seattle to Vancouver Island who seek farm-fresh, locally sourced, high-quality produce, meat and dairy, fresh flowers and other organic products.

Path America’s Everett Potala Farmers' Market is an exciting new project that partners with the City of Everett and Snohomish County. This project has three major components. The first component is a 110-unit Hampton Inn by Hilton, an award-winning upscale hotel.  The Hampton Inn is preferred by business travelers and provides amenities such as swimming pools and meeting rooms. The second component is the Snohomish County Growers Alliance, an organization devoted to advancing economic growth among farmers markets by Snohomish County farmers.  The third component consists of 220-units of residential living over the farmers market.

Potala Kirkland

Potala Village Kirkland is a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 88 market-rate apartment units, 183 secured parking stalls, and 4,800 square feet of retail space. This project is planned as one of the first LEED-Certified multi-family projects on the Eastside. The site is located at the beautiful waterfront of Lake Washington, within walking distance to downtown Kirkland and the Google campus. The site is also adjacent to several waterfront parks and public transit stops, allowing easy access to several local amenities.

Kirkland’s 3% vacancy rate is one of the lowest in the area. Market rents are strong in this area as its proximity to the SR 520, downtown Kirkland and downtown Bellevue make it convenient to young professionals.

Potala Tower Seattle

The Potala Tower Seattle EB-5 Project consists of the development and operations of a new mixed-use property. Featuring a substantial underground parking structure and 40 aboveground stories, the 577,000-square-foot property consists of a hotel lobby, mezzanine, restaurant and wine bar, hotel rooms, residential apartments, as well as a rooftop deck. Designed to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification standard, the new mixed-use property incorporates ‘green thinking’ both in its design and development by increasing energy efficiency, decreasing operating costs, positively impacting the environment and improving the health of those utilizing the building.

Centrally located in Belltown, the Potala Tower EB-5 Project neighbors Seattle’s downtown district, Pike Market corridor, and Interstate 5. Within close range lie nation-renown companies such as Amazon, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Pemco Insurance, as well as the city’s most iconic landmark—the Space Needle. Several city attractions such as CenturyLink Field—home to both the Seahawks and Sounders— Safeco Field, the Seattle Art Museum and the Seattle Aquarium are also close by.
